June 2024!!!

Happy Birthday to meeeeeee! This month was a fun one. Ben is having fun playing Pokemon with us. We tried ice skating again - Ben had fun, but is afraid of falling (I don't blame him). Grandma TT came to town to watch the kiddos while Craig and I escaped to Scotland for a conference and some sightseeing. The weather was great while we were there (it was nice to be out of the Phoenix heat). We saw Doune Castle where some scenes from Game of Thrones were filmed (Winterfell in Season 1), met Rick Armstrong (son of Neil Armstrong), and toured Edinburgh where we saw the National Museum of Scotland, a seriously cool Harry Potter store, and Edinburgh Castle. We ate lots of sticky toffee pudding, scones, and drank a ton of tea :). We even tried haggis, which wasn't too bad! Ediburgh is the most beautiful city I've ever been to and now I want to move there (lol).
