January 2023!!!

Happy New Year!!! We packed a lot in to January despite the semester starting at ASU. After celebrating the New Year, we headed to California to visit with Mema and go to Knott's Berry Farm. The kids loved the rides in Camp Snoopy - their favorites were the Huff and Puff and Snoopy's Flying Ace. Craig went back to the park after the kids fell asleep and made himself sick by riding too many fast rides in two hours :). We also went to Zoolights at the Phoenix Zoo, where we roasted marshmallows. We had some of Craig's graduate students (current and former) over for an epic triceratops vs t-rex puzzle night.

Ben and Nora are doing well. Ben lost his first tooth this month. We have no idea where it went (swallowed?). He's been super in to chess and is teaching Nora now. Nora has recently started telling epic stories. Our favorite quote of hers right now is "Is this thing a-kidding me?!?" when something is making her frustrated.
